Here in Indiana the frost is on the pumpkins. Of course, that's not as bad as the Northeast where they are covered with snow. I made this card for a fall birthday. The sentiment is from the dollar bin at Michaels. I stamped each word separately with TH antique photo distress ink. I cut the circle and scalloped circle with nestabilities dies, and the fence is cut from the Cricut Paper Doll Dressup cartridge. I am posting this card on the Celebrate the Occasion #37 The theme this week is "Fall (must have a pumpkin)"!!!!

lovely elegant card! Love the look that the paper has - like a demask/pumpkin paper!
ReplyDeleteMy son, Mikey, is in the hospital and started receiviing cards from across the U.S. I noticed a blog website on one of the cards, checked out your blog, and I see the card you sent him. Thank you so much! I have no idea how you got his name but we really appreciate the kind gesture. The Superman card is really neat and means so much being homemade.
ReplyDeleteHe has been in the hospital for two weeks but hopefully he will go home this weekend. He will need 6 weeks of home health care and the plan is for him to return to college after Christmas.
Thanks again for sharing your time and your talents with us. We are putting the cards on his cork board in his hospital room and they really cheer the place up. :)
