Good Morning. I'd like to share my entry to the Paper Cutz Challenge #57: One Ribbon, Two Buttons, and Three Colors. I made this Anniversary Card. The designer paper did most of the work LOL I just played along. The card is made from one sheet of 8 1/2 by 11 inch white card stock folded in thirds. I cut the designer paper (DCWV Ciao Bella stack) to cover the front. The image is part of the paper as is the glitter frame and background.
You know those stacks of papers you just can't bear to cut because the artwork is so beautiful. This is one of those stacks. I was happy this card design let me use the whole image.

The front - dimensions are 4" by 8.5" |
I made a slit at the edge of the picture to thread the ribbon behind the card topper. |
Then I threaded through the button shank on each side of the picture and then wrapped around the card topper and attached it to the card stock. |
On the inside of the card you fold up the bottom third of the white card stock, trim it to 2 3/4 inches, and attach it to the middle section. This makes gift card pocket. I covered the pocket with paper from the bottom of the DP sheet and leftovers from the original top cut.. |
What a great little gift card holder. This bird image is BEAUTIFUL! Great job with the challenge this week at Paper Cutz!
